Angela Evelyn Bassett has been an American actress since the end of the 1980s. Known for her work in television and in film in the 1980s, she's won numerous awards such as two Golden Globe Awards and sixteen NAACP Image Awards in addition to nominations for two Academy Awards and seven Primetime Emmy Awards. Bassett originates born in New York New York. She was raised at Winston-Salem North Carolina. At the age of Bassett was around five the family moved to St. Petersburg, Florida to live with their mother, who was been divorced from her father. Bassett when she was in high school watched John Steinbeck's production Of Mice and Men with James Earl Jones and she made the decision to pursue acting. Yale University New Haven Connecticut was where she earned her bachelor's degree in African American and master's degrees (1983). The year 1997 was the time she married Courtney B. Vance who was a fellow actor. Qualification: B.A. Degree in African-American Studies in 1980, Master of Fine Arts degree from the Yale School of Drama School: Jordan Park Elementary School Disston Middle School (seventh grade) Azalea Middle School (eighth and ninth grades) Boca Ciega High School. Angela Bassett has been cast in one the leading roles of Ramonda for the action adventure film, i.e. Black Panther Wakanda forever 2022.
